MailList Controller

Imagine that you need to send an email to a large number of people at the same time. In this situation, using a regular email client, like Outlook or Thunderbird, isn't enough, as regular email clients don't have all that takes to send emails to large groups of people. In this situation, a good idea would be to use the MailList Controller application. This Windows program allows you to send email messages to huge number of recipients at the same time, with a single mouse click, and includes all the features necessary for monitoring the sending process and for making it efficient.

The installation procedure of MailList Controller is not difficult to complete and the program itself is very simple to use, having an intuitive interface and simplified controls. For making it easier to navigate through the program's options, the interface includes the main controls displayed in the left part, making them easy to access. The first thing to do in the process of sending a bulk mail is to create the actual message. The email can be created either in plain text mode or HTML, depending on the user's needs. If one chooses to create an HTML email message, he will have numerous options available for this, for example, the possibility to add media elements to the email message, like images, videos and sound files.

After the message has been created, the user can either send it directly or save it as a draft. For making it easier to create a message, one can use various templates for this. Each template can be fully customized. After the message is created, the user can move on to defining the list of members that will receive the newly created email message. For each added member, various information can be added, like the name of the recipient, address, phone number and so on.

After all these tasks are completed, the user will be able to send the message with a single mouse click. During the sending process, one will be able to view real time information regarding the email being send and the recipients who successfully receive the message.
